These Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Terms of Use,” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Waste Pilot website, mobile applications (including the Customer App, Driver App, and Company/Admin App), and all related online services operated by Waste Pilot (“Waste Pilot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting, registering, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

The Services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Services, you represent that you are:

Legally able to enter binding agreements
Using the Services in compliance with all applicable laws

If you access the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to this Agreement.

Keep your login credentials confidential
Not share your account with anyone
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account

Waste Pilot may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if inaccurate information is provided or if the account is used in violation of these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that you will:

Maintain secure passwords and protect your device from unauthorized access.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
Not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Services.

Waste Pilot reserves the right to report unlawful activity to law enforcement when appropriate.

Waste Pilot may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately once posted on our website or apps.

Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Add or remove features
Suspend or discontinue any part of the Services

We do not guarantee continuous availability.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools. Waste Pilot is not responsible for:

The content of third-party sites
Privacy practices
Accuracy of information
Any damages resulting from their use

Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed within the Waste Pilot website and applications—including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, images, domain names, and videos—is the exclusive property of Waste Pilot or its licensors.

Distribute
Sell

Create derivative works

without our express written permission.

The Services are free of viruses or harmful components

You use the Services at your own risk.

System outages

11. Communications with Waste Pilot

Waste Pilot will cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Waste Pilot may, at its sole discretion:

Suspend your access
Terminate your account
Block your IP address
Remove content
Restrict features

if we believe you have violated these Terms.

We are not liable for such actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Texas, USA
Waive any right to a jury trial

You are responsible for compliance with local laws if you access the Services outside the United States.
